Manage your Allianz Trade Credit Insurance from inside your own system!
Simplify the administration of your EH credit insurance policy!
You are an Allianz Trade credit insurance customer, and you would like to simplify the management of credit limits?
Then this API product is for you - using our APIs allows you to integrate the handling of your credit insurance related tasks in your own CRM or ERP system.
A typical use case is to use the company identification API in your targeting and sales process. It will help you securely identify your business partner, based on our own database and information network which gives you access to the data of more than 80 Million companies worldwide.
Based on company name and address data, our company identification API will provide you with a list of matching companies, each with it's own globally unique company ID. You can select the right company from the list and you're good to go for the next step of the process.
To secure your workflows, we recommend mapping your entire customer database with our company identifier and proceed based on it in all the next steps.
Once you know your business partner, you can use our risk API to ask for the required credit limit. A majority of credit limit requests will be answered immediately, and typically the insured amount should then be stored in your system, where it can be matched against the current account receivables.
Additionally we recommend you to implement a polling routine in your software which will regularly call our risk API to check the status of your credit limits, so that any changes of the insured amount will be detected. Most of our customers will have task lists or alerts in their software to trigger necessary action when the reduction or cancellation of a credit limit has been notified.
Finally, if you may not need a specific credit limit any longer, you can of course cancel it via the same risk API.
